GONDOLA™, the medical device for the treatment of Freezing and motor symptoms in Parkinson’s, will be present at the World Congress on Parkinson’s Disease and Related Disorders in Milan from December 6 to 9.
It will be the occasion to present four new clinical trials, conducted by a team of researchers led by Professor Fabrizio Stocchi, IRCCS San Raffaele Pisana in Rome, and designed by Dr. Francesca Maria De Pandis, IRCCS San Raffaele Cassino, demonstrating the efficacy of the therapy provided by AMPS (Automated Mechanical Peripheral Stimulation) delivered with GONDOLA™ in the treatment of motor symptoms of Parkinson, particularly of freezing.
On December 7 at 8:30 am in the Yellow Hall 3, Dr. Ana Kleiner will deliver an in-depth presentation of the study, published on Parkinson’s Disease, which shows that the therapy is more effective on patients who are in an intermediate and advanced stage of the disease. The poster of the same study will be presented at 12.00 of the same day at the Exhibition Area.
